Sorry to hear that, as the 3130 is a lovely Breguet watch.
When did you gat it back from service center?
I'd send it once again with a " nice " letter, explaining them that such a Brand like Breguet can't afford such approximations...
Hope that your watch is still under warranty ( Service Warranty )...
