It is common knowledge that the Paul Newman Daytona is one of the most desirable among the collectors and certainly one of the most expensive..... A watch that, when it was available for sale (during its production years) was one of the cheapest rolexes and hardly sold..... it is certainly a classic.... what is interesting is that when you wear it.... it mesmerizes you....
a great dream watch.... too bad that we were not able to buy one when it was in production.... I wonder... was any of you able to... or got it by some relative who did? cheers

And caught so many others... The Paul Newman is a paradox...Not loved at the beginning, as a true artist, it is much more appreciated when dead rather than alive. And, of course, this has a big impact on the prices, at the moment, and right now. Seeing it...
