Yep, my friend has the credit card receipt for $974 !!!!! I saw it and the box and papers still sitting in his tool box. He keeps the watch in his smock as he walks around on his shop floor. Isn't that sick!!! His story is amazing and it began with the death of his friend during the Vietnam war. Dur
I see what you mean now. So the 6152/1 says 6152 1 on the inside. I believe this is the same marking on the one i'm researching and the serial number is on the case side between the strap and the case. Thank you again for the insight. Cheers Todd
Both answered my question. It must be a /1 because the number is not on the inside back and there is some indication of a number between the strap and the case. Cheers Todd
I have one Angelus 240 stemwind movement for sale here. It is running but I have not checked it's accuracy. It has all the parts intact and nothing is missing. The pivots and balance all appear to be in good working order. The movement is sold as-is and may need cleaning or maintenance so that is up
Can someone tell me the correct location of the serial number on the model 6152 case? I am buying parts from an old watch collector and the caseback does not have a serial number on it. Is it like the Rolex models where the number is between the lug area? Any help would be great. Cheers TM
