Patek Philippe

looking to buy my first patek & have just seen a patek philippe gondolo 5111j at local ad would welcome any thoughts & info on this model

. . . is well established, and the ref 5111 is no exception to the list of aesthetically pleasing watches patterned after golden ration proportions. This particular model was introduced several years before the ref 5124, which debuted the new shaped 25-21... 

thanks for your reply i am going to dealer again this weekend as watch was at their other store when i went to view last week so having only seen the watch on dealers website i will get more idea if its the one for me once i have it on wrist must say thou... 

. . . expect a discount on anything, much less a Patek, but it doesn't hurt to ask ;-) . . .
