The watch pretty much blends in with my overall appearance (I am quite a large organism!), so does not look disproportionate enough to draw questions
Mon ami, the one on your picture is PAM 300
that cam with the exhibition back! I have a later edition PAM 603 that has a solid case back. I prefer mine for its Titanium case and also for its solid case back - more historically accurate and without that disproportionately small movement display.
