One month after the SIHH... do you still have the same feelings about the 2011 novelties ?
One month later, my first feelings are still valid. My two favorite Lange novelties are the Richard Lange Tourbillon and the Saxonia Thin. I keep on thinking that the new aestheticals details brought to the Saxonia line are good improvements and that with 5 new calibers, this 2011 crop is much richer than we may think at first glance. But even one month later, the Zeitwerk Striking Time doesn't speak to me and I'm not seduced, for the moment, by this watch.
And you? Do you keep the same feelings ? Have you changed some of your points of view after one month of thinking?

Saxonia Thin is impressive
but I don't understand why it is available only in RG! I have started to wonder that is Patek nowadays nearly the only Manufacturer which is offering us a well-balanced collection in all noble metals. Best, Kari
Seems to me an initial single metal only option for a new model introduction...
has become standard practice for a lot of manufacturers... including Patek. Don't worry... the other metals (YG, WG, PT) will soon be available, I'm sure : )
I specially asked this from Lange's people in SIHH
and they said that this model will not be offered in other metals. They assured that the Thin will also in the future be offered only in RG. But time will tell... Best, Kari

The RL T PLM is not for me, definitely... To me, they went too far in the RL line, with this one, or not too far, as the dial is a kind of deception, in my opinion ( the printing is not at hte level of what I expect from Lange, and the whole design of the...

But I'm sure that the title of this thread is not correct. I spoke about "the 2011 novelties" but are we sure that Lange unveiled all of them during the SIHH ? I don't think so ! Maybe a surprise will come later this year... do you remember? The Zeitwerk ...
