not so new new overseas
I just purchased a new yellow gold men's overseas with a leather strap from an authorized dealer. The chronometer certificate (which I did not see until after I purchased the watch) says that the watch was tested in May 2000. Is this unusual for a watch sold as new? Does it mean the watch is almost due for a service?
