Sadly a Teikoku IPA was the closest I could get to a Yebisu... A relatively mild taste, though, even if it was touted as being quite far on the bitterness aspect.
And the appropriate Japanese fast food to go with it. Simply lovely and a very healthy option, at that. I guess the fact that one could dine alfresco is proof that calling spring has already succeeded
And finally, the appropriate cherry blossom watch for the occassion (while saving for a LUC 8HF)

A nice change of pace from meat And since the spring does not come, if one does not participate in the festival and I really could do with spring...
So it was :)
What I like is the sashimi of the day idea - the \'cook\' simply chooses among available fresh fish and there are always slight variations. Still probably not as good as one can get it in London or Japan but pretty close
