My next Chopard 'Grail'

During my recent Singapore visit I was fortunate enough to be introduced to an AD (Sincere) by Robin, who just happened to stock the one Chopard watch I am most lusting after at this very moment, namely the LUC 8HF. During the reception I did not want to bother the staff to take it out of the shop windows - it was part of the exhibition collection - but returned some days later to try it on, and it is truly all I had hoped for.

In the end I managed to maintain control (only just) and not to go for it straight away (will need to postpone it somewhat, unfortunately) but I am now very sure that it shall find its way into my collection sooner or later.

In any case, here a wrist shot - in spite of its size it is relatively light and wears pleasantly even on my slim wrist.

Although that one may be harder to bag, as only 125 were produced. Not seen one live, yet but could definitely accept it as an equal alternative.

So, if I got it well, the first one you fall on, at the good moment for you, will be the one you'll get?

I have a slight preference for the white dial one in the sense that it is a smidgeon more versatile (IMHO), while the black one has a power reserve, which is an added plus, too - so the two are fairly evenly matched for me.

The current Mrs MTF likes the black L.U.C HF 8Hz Chronometer that she saw
