Please get adequate fluid intake a day of 2-3 liters barring any comorbid heart, kidney, liver issues. Make sure to also get electrolytes and basic carbs with plenty of fruits. Donât forget adequate daily protein intake so you donât get catabolic. 80 gram...

Easy to read, enough water resistance for the beach⊠makes a great watch for travel to environs where one wants to be discreet about whatâs on their wrist. Enjoy.

Classic and rugged case shape, nice downward sloping lugs, and perfect dimensions for a daily watch. 38 mm case diameter , 44.7 mm length, 11 mm height, 20 mm lug width, and nice 6.5 mm crown. Hamilton really listened to the purists with this downsizing. ...
Finish is a nicely brushed case with polished bezel but certainly not at IWC case finish with beveled lugs.
Honestly I like the shorter lug length compared to previous IWC Spitfire and Mark VIII variants that Iâve owned, eventually got bored of, and sold. It has better proportions overall and is one of the best watches Iâve experienced to play around with strap...
