New "Maltese"
I was in a hurry to get home today as I wanted to check the VC forum for what I was hoping to be report on the said watch...
I was browsing over some watch magazines (here in Japan) and I found one which had a short feature on VC and its 250th anniversary. Anyway, what really caught my eye was a photo of, if I am not mistaken, a new watch (introduced during SIHH?) called the "Maltese" (?), which uses the cal. 1400, and is equipped with a power reserve display. The photo was of one in platinum and the caption says it was a limited edition. I am not quite sure if the "limited edition" applied to the platinum model in the photo, or the entire line (assuming they have it in other metals). Unfortunately, I don't have any photos.
Can anyone confirm this info?
