My first post here... a few question regarding the UN Maxi Diver!

My first post here... 
After being a Paneristi for quite some years, I have recently fallen in love with the UN Maxi Diver and I have a few question I hope you'll be able to help me with.
The model I have a crush on is the version of the Maxi Diver with the titanium-grey dial. I have posted a few questions about the watch to my fellow Panerai enthusiasts and received pleanty of pics and answers, but as I move closer to this watch, I have a few more 
A good friend of mine has what I believe to be the white/silver dialed version, but we're not sure. I have seen various pics of the grey dialed one (Like the one pictured by MichaelC in the ref. section) but this model is not pictured on UN's website?
So is this dial really the silver one, which turns from white to dark grey in varoius lighting or is it two different models?
Another question is; does anybody know the millisimation of the grey dialed UN Maxi Diver?
Hopefully you'll be able to help me with these questions and lead me close to this very exciting watch and brand!
