Hi everybody!
I was really pleased when found out there is such community on the web!
I really like Michelangelo shape - probably the best looking Tonneau case watch, at least for me. I'm trying to choose between Big Date and Chronograph, both with white roman dial but more I read this forum more questions arise, so I would really appreciate if you guys could help me.
I understood that Big Date uses UN-22 movement and Chrono U-56 which is actually modified ETA movement. I'm not a specialist but have impression that U-22 is home made UN movement while UN56 is not so is there any difference in reliability and then maintenance of these two models?
Does it mean that the movement inside Chronograph does not bear UN name and marks like UN22 I saw on their website?
Are both models of exactly the same size, is I mean thickness 12mm for both or Chrono is thicker?
Are there any other parameters/facts I should pay attention to - I would appreciate all your comments and advices.
Regards,
Valeriy
