My Dream Air King
Hi all,
Just did a quick and dirty view of my dream Air King. This is inspired from the current model, but there is also some clear connections to the past vintage ones.
My criticism of the current one is that the dial is a bit too busy for a pilot watch.
About size, 40mm as the current model is fine, but 38mm would be ideal.
What do you think?

I personally prefer the regular dial of the Air King,
espacially the latest one with 05 and lumed 3, 6 & 9.
For me, the original layout actually makes time setting and reading easier..
And i also prefer the single 5 over the 05 as i have a tendency to misread numbers. Having said that, I do like your take on the AK. It reminds me of the minimalist execution on those Rolex stone dials.
