More C6

Trying to catch the morning sunlight on the C6 from the breakfast table as it highlights a couple of prominent features of this watch.

First the obvious one which is the lower part of the dial being open to the seconds wheel and the escapement.  This was a real hook for me when I saw the renderings of the watch initially and is maybe something which could be seen as more consistent with the Insight and Logical lines that each, to put it simply, have more to see on the dial side.

And second, the bezel.  As you can see there are facets (six of them) cut into the round bezel, and the cut and round surfaces show different finishes which give some nice dimension to the watch.  I also think if it had been a simple round bezel the visual effect would have been to make the watch (which is 41mm) actually appear even larger to the eye.  

I’m still very much enjoying this one, having worn it every day except one now for the past two weeks.
