Memovox
Dear all,
I recently received a Memovox as a gift from my wife's grandmother. It was an unexpected and meaningful surprise. It had previously belonged to my wife's grandfather. I love the watch. It just finished an overhaul and runs great. In time, I look forward to giving it to my children!
I just had a new JLC strap added, which I think makes for a very nice contrast and works well with the silvery dial.
I apologize - this is my first JLC, and I know very little about this model. If anyone has any information about the watch, I would be most appreciative. For instance, does anyone know the purpose of the lump on the caseback? Sorry for the neophyte question. Thanks in advance.

The "nub" on the back is the pin that the alarm hammer hits to make the noice...! :) Best Blomman
