It's too bad that the prices for some of these are well into high end watch territory
But as you said, it's fun to dream
I am actually looking for just such an item for my boat...
But 5K...not out of the question but...🤔🤨...requires some rumination. ...
There's a less expensive version Riva has for 3k

have a linley watch tower
like it a lot but holy smokes not sure if i'd pay 20k for that.
I'm assuming the more complex marquetry on the box is the reason for the cost, but I don't know enough about marquetry to comment on the overall quality.
What do you think of the watch tower? Might be worth posting a review of it!
