Incoming Custom Offshore!

 

And so finally after 15 months of waiting my custom creation has finally arrived. Based broadly on the Ali Bin Ali edition, this brings a platinum case, midnight blue subdials and tachymetre ring, hollowed lugs, red Chrono hands, and all brass parts from the movement replaced. Rose gold skeletonisation has been seen on other models. Full alcantara strap and redesigned deployant (smaller than the one on my 26388). Oh and a nice engraving! Enjoy! My profuse thanks to the AP team for the absolute pleasure of being able to design my own piece and for the flawless execution. Also the wonderful small party they hosted for me and a group of friends for the handover was fabulous. AP are simply the best at really looking after their customers.

Really looking good and great combination in terms of colors. Only thing i would think twice is the strap where a glossy version might have been an additional choice (complementing the bezel). Really great to see that AP enables something like that. Enjoy...

Must be one heavy piece with PT case and RG bridges. Nothing negative to say but my choice of colors wud be bit different especially the bridges vs the moving parts tonality. Cheers!!

Good on you for getting a watch you like. However the colour combinations would not be my first choice. Either way - it’s special that’s for sure!
