1) You don't know the name Gravalance ? 2) You think that something went wrong with the horns for the bracelet on this case ?
For the first... well OK, for the second... it is all in your mind : )
You are looking at the first picture of the first piece produced under their own label by someone who's work you have often admired, Hannelore Gleich. Say who ?
Hannelore for many years did all of the engraving in Vianney Halter's shop, where I first met her. Hannelore set out on her own about 2 years ago and founded her own engraving atelier, Gravalance in Ste.-Croix. She recently got her qualification as Master Engraver and is doing work for several famous brands. Let's say she hangs out often in Geneva.
Here we see her first watch. The dial is blackend steel with inlayed and engraved fine-gold (24k) decoration. I can't wait to see the movement too and am looking forward to the opportunity to visit Hannelore in her shop soon. I promiss to post a full report.

Don, please convey my personal best wishes, congratulations, and those for her continuing success. Yes, I do know her, for doing such things as the engraving and inking on Vianney's watches. And a very lovely person as well. And what an artistic talent !!...
