How About A Casual Watch?
I have been doing far too much posting of fancy watches--tourbillons, carrousels, perpetuals, split seconds. The heavy iron.
I bought this watch in Paris many years ago as a wear with jeans weekend watch. Meant to be dress down. The dial is military, and because the date indications are done with black backgrounds, the complications don't hit you in the face. It just looks like a usual time only, military dial watch. But it does have the full classic Blancpain triple date moon movement.
Couple of details. You can see the watch "speaks" French, as Thursday is Jeudi. I put a bit of a fancier strap on it.
