Engraved Caseback of Daytona
I had the caseback of my SS Daytona engraved when I purchased it brand new. Now the engraving no longer serves any meaning to me and I would like to replace it with a new caseback. Since I will be visiting Hong Kong in two weeks and was wondering if I can simply walk in to the Rolex Service Center there and easily buy a new caseback? Do I need to take my watch there and leave it overnight? Any advice would be appreciated.

Ed, you should be able to do that,
but you will probably not be able to keep the old caseback. -Rick
how about the markings?
does the caseback have markings to identify it as the original one for the watch? if it doesn't, then no big deal, otherwise, it won't match correct?
