Chronomaster Triple Calendar Moon
My Zenith experience just came in one big circle. In 1999, I purchased a stainless Chronomaster triple calendar moon phase. I loved the El Primero chronograph function, the annual calendar, the beautiful moon phase and the guilloche dial. Unfortunately the watch was stolen in 2001. I always thought the triple calendar moon phase was a beautiful and particularly useful function. The chronograph function is a bonus, like icing on the cake. I recently got a proverbial itch to purchase a nice triple calendar watch, and lo and behold, the Chronomaster popped up. I couldn’t resist. This time I was lucky enough to locate a specimen in rose gold. I’m very pleased with the watch. The only issue is my 62 year old eyes have a bit of trouble reading the day, month and date without the assistance of my reading glasses. Here’s a photo. They don’t make them like they used to.
