Ornatus-Mundi presents a comprehensive overview of Zenith's ladies' watch offerings, spanning the Elite, Star, Pilot, and Chronomaster collections. This article serves as an excellent guide for those exploring Zenith's diverse range of women's timepieces, from diamond-encrusted models to classic chronographs. His detailed presentation, complete with high-quality images, makes it a valuable resource for understanding Zenith's approach to feminine horology.

Let's start, there is a lot in Zenith's (current or more recent) stable. First, there is the Elite collection, with this wonderful purple automatic Elite ith a subtle diamond encircled case in 34 mm:

Why not go the full monty (and a tad larger) with this pure carbon Zenith Elite, 36mm of diamond-encrusted heaven (altogether ~3.50 cts, distribute on case (167 VVS brilliant-cut diamonds), bezel (64 VVS brilliant-cut diamonds) and dial (680 VVS brilliant-cut diamonds). That makes -guess - 911 diamonds altogether (a number any gentleman certainly urges to buy...)

Or better the Star collection? There is a lot of decorative variety to chose from... enamel:

A second version:

Origami:

Or how about a female Star El Primero chronograph?

Alright, many ladies are the tough ones. Those perhaps prefer the Pilot line?

Either pure but certainly not boring...

... or adorned with sparkling stones? Your choice!

But then I guess (and I know several ladies), there are the ones who prefer a straight simply watchmaking icon. Zenith has this also, just look at this Chronomaster El Primero in the original 1969 case with 38mm diameter:

What's your choice? Or better: your lady's one?

Best,
Magnus

About the Zenith El Primero Ref. Original1969

The Zenith El Primero Original 1969 is a significant chronograph model, notable for its high-frequency automatic movement. It was introduced as a robust and precise timing instrument, distinguishing itself in the competitive landscape of mechanical chronographs. The design emphasized legibility and functionality, with a distinctive dial layout and hand configuration.

This model features a stainless steel case housing the Caliber 3019 PHC, an integrated automatic column-wheel chronograph movement operating at 36,000 vibrations per hour (5 Hz). This high beat rate allowed for measurements to 1/10th of a second. The movement includes a date function and a power reserve of approximately 50 hours. The case typically featured pump pushers and a tachymeter scale on the bezel.

The El Primero Original 1969 holds a notable position among collectors for its technical innovation and historical context. Its movement architecture and performance set a benchmark for automatic chronographs. The model's enduring design and mechanical prowess contribute to its sustained interest in the vintage watch market.

Magnus, The current Valentine likes: Big mechanical watches. Big Onion Crown. Round Case. No diamond or gems-set. No green colour anywhere. No mother-of-pearl dial. Thus, I'm betting on one of these. Which, suits me fine too.... Zenith Pilot Regards, MTF
