Breguet

Has anyone had issues with the paint in the numerals falling off of their XXI's?  My watch was purchased in 2006 / 2007 and the white marker / indicator fell off in 2008 (replaced by the Swatch service center in Hong Kong at no charge) but recently the paint for the 20 / 30 indicators has fallen off.  I brought it into the Breguet Boutique in BH and they said I would need to replace the entire bezel.  Just wanted to check if anyone else has had quality issues with the bezel for this watch.  Is this just typical with age and regular wear as explained to me by the boutique?  Hard to believe as this gets probably a month of wrist time per year, is stored properly, and is never wet.
