Breguet Watch Clasp Question
I just purchased a new Breguet Classique watch (style 5207) in white gold with a gold clasp. I am having trouble closing the clasp securely, and my dealer tells me that I have to push the top part to the side with my thumb before pressing down. This doesn't work well, and the best way for me to secure the watch is to close it on a hard surface. Is this normal for a fine watch like this? I may be over tired or dumb here, but any tips on closing the clasp? Or should I have the clasp changed? Thanks in advance for your help.
