AP RO Double Balance Wheel Openworked (15407ST) - Should I pull the trigger?
The movement is special with its patented double balance wheel mechanism and the openworked dial is beautifully executed, IMO. The watch is also very rare. So I tend to pull the trigger. But I still have some difficulties in getting used to the look of the openworked dial. Maybe that’s because it’s new to me. What do you think? Best, Volker

I love this reference because the openwork dial is made in a modern way and not in a “rococo” (dated for me) style (That’s why I love the GP Laureato Skeleton Ceramic too for instance)

Personally, I need to love looking at the watch or risk is high I would not be wearing the watch. That said, if you think you would get used to skeleton dial... This is a great watch, beautifully executed skeleton movement! Just my 2 öre. Best Blomman

but what would jar to me is the mixture of gold finished and grey finished parts within the movement. If they were all grey or rhodium I would find it much better balanced to look at. Just my 2p. I really can't help you with the decision though. Sorry! Ti...
You might want to try out the previous version
To see which one has a better feel for you. Some prefer the slightly smaller case (39 mm). But in any case (pun not intended), a fantastic AP! J
It is exceptionally stunning and exciting to look at.
While I prefer the 39mm versions, there is no denying how awesome the watch is on the wrist.
