Advice needed. Freak!

Hi all,

My friendly AD with whom I have a very good relationship has just offered me a Freak DIAMonSIL ( Ltd. to 28pcs.)

I read up a bit about this revolutionary and unusual timepiece and I am very impressed. I have to admit I haven't been much of a UN fan in the past and my collection includes PP, AP, Breguet,Rolex,Urwerk,Panerai,IWC etc. but no UN.

I will visit the AD tomorrow to see the watch and I know ultimately, I will have to decide whether it sings to me.However, if I pass on it , will I be missing an opportunity of a lifetime? I know my watch budget for this year and probably the next will be very stretched if I take this piece.

Some educated advice and direction would be very much appreciated as I most probably will have to make a decision tomorrow as thereafter it will be released to 2 prospective buyers .

Looking forward to your opinions on this.

Don't forget that there is a Freak II, and also a Freak Blue Phantom, aside to this Freak Diamond sil... So, I wouldn't be worry. If the Diamonsil is your cup of tea, and that it sings to you, go on it. If not, you'd have the possibility ot go on another ...
