Hello. I am new to the site and am hoping an experienced person can help me.
I have a beautiful 18k yellow gold quartz Cartier Obus (men's or unisex) with 18k tang buckle and 3 new/gently worn Cartier alligator straps (tan, navy, and black). I am trying to find a venue to trade this watch for an 18k yellow gold quartz Cartier Tank Louis simply because the shape of the face suits my (now larger) wrist more than the square Obus.
I am not trying to make any money or anything - I just want to make an equitable trade for an 18k yellow gold Cartier Tank that I can wear on a daily basis now that I've gained weight! (Things like boxes, etc. are not that important to me in case that makes a difference.) Even though I paid about the same price for the Obus as the Tank Louis
goes for, I wouldn't mind supplementing the trade a bit with cash if
necessary. I also don't know much about the difference between the Cartier movements - Piaget vs. Jaeger, etc - and as long as it is a genuine Cartier I am not that picky about that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.
