It is now 8 years that I own it!
And just because I remember, in 2006, the strong feelings I had on this one.
In a few days, I am expecting more surprises from Ulysse Nardin, at the Basel Fair.
I imagine I am not the only one to refresh this forum to see what they will anoounce!

I still remember the feelings when I learned of it. A real "novelty" to this day.
I was much more reserved, when I saw the first press release pics.
Till... I saw it in the flesh. As it is often the case. And immediately, I knew I had to get it. As for Basel and U.N, I am very curious this year, with UN being part of the Kering group. A good Basel Fair would be an excellent answer to those who doubted...

Pictures couldn't excite me a lot. At a first sight, just the big date at 1 o'clock caught my attention. Yet, once you hold it in hands, the finish and detail is just impressing. Similar to the watches weight and touch, the big box with book and hygromete...
Absolutely. The only con is the weight... Quite heavy, I must say.
But weight apart, what a Watch! And when you think that the Cal 160 was used in this Watch only, it is a big cherry on the cake. Best, Nicolas
