...would be my guess - looks more like a flying Tourbillon (hence the ceramic ball bearing with pinion) and a very nice balance cock . So my guess would be a "one arm" Tourbillon "cage" , i.e. more like a Tourbillon platform with balance cock . Best Suitb...
