5907 Gaining Time

Hello -

I have a 3 month old 5907 that I purchased new from an authorized dealer.  I wind it every night at about the same time.  It does not keep good time.  It gains about 45 seconds a day.  Someone said that it may be "magnetized".  Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?  How accurate can I expect this watch to be?
