Breguet

I won't repeat all the insightful information shared in Quattro's post  www.watchprosite.com  so I will just add few personal remarks. I agree that 40mm might be a bit large for a piece refering to the history of the brand with such a beautiful vintage design but actually when on the wrist I have to admit it is very well balanced and it doesn't look too big on my small wrist imho... This is probably due to the short curved lugs of this specific case (contrary to the usually long straight lugs we see on other Breguet watch cases).

The golden brass caliber is particularly impressive with the same decoration as you could see on the Breguet ebauches at the time of Abraham-Louis Breguet... A beautiful and interesting detail is the watch barrel rock which has been engraved with a part of a text of A.-L. Breguet...

Let's now have a look at some other beautiful other pieces of this 250TH Anniversary collection.

I'll finish with the Type XX Chronograph in Breguet gold with a black anodizing dial coating. Much has already been said about this Type XX, it is clearly not a sporty version or a tool watch but a more classy version
