A subtle rattle in a luxury watch can be a source of anxiety for any collector. aperna's experience with their Laurent Ferrier timepiece, despite its perfect performance, highlights a common dilemma: when to send a watch in for service. This discussion explores the community's varied perspectives on diagnosing and addressing such elusive mechanical sounds, offering valuable insights for owners of high-horology pieces.

"better safe than sorry" wins. If you don't mind being without the watch for a while I think I would send it in.
Or it could spoil your pleasure.
Now you can add one more to make it 6 😉 « Better safe than sorry » so true !
It’s a very cool and beautiful watch btw my friend, you will enjoy it a lot when it’s back and you will feel totally secure with it, much better no doubt
But best to let them assess it, and report back to you. Beautiful watch!
One, the holidays are coming so nobody will touch the watch until next year, second if there is a problem, then the watch will stop and it will be easier to determine the problem. Assuming the watch will still be under warranty... Great looking LF by the way!🥂
