Besides for the (very good) ETA movements the overall quality is in many ways comparable to sister company GO. As for the specific watch that you show, I personally do not like the date implementation/location : but that is of course very subjective.
Larry, you are honest. You like German watches, it comes right out of your heart. I do not want ruin your special band to German watches. That is because i am over the moon of Swiss watches. Maybe i must try a German watch?
I completely understand how the date display on the left side Or how the band ( I don’t have the correct description) goes across the center of the dial might be polarizing. Thanks for chiming in and different strokes for different folks.
For most (all) of us with multiple watches, it's a nice addition with a different look.
I tried, but i need more time for it i think. I am trying to buy a Junghans for 41 years, still a Max Bill. But if i look at my watches, i think a watch must be more than let’s say a Omega, and that is Lange and Sohne, Patek Philippe, AP level.
The only thing that makes it better for me, is no date. As far as German brands are concerned, I’ve owned several. Have never been disappointed. Good luck with your decision!
