In a bold move that challenges traditional horological hierarchies, forum member enjoythemusic proposes a radical redefinition of the 'Holy Trinity' in watchmaking. This article explores the author's assertion that MB&F, H. Moser & Cie., and Rexhep Rexhepi now represent the pinnacle of modern independent watchmaking, sparking a lively debate among collectors about the criteria for such an esteemed designation and the evolving landscape of haute horlogerie.

Independent or not doesn’t make a difference to me but a brand belonging to the holy trinity or whatever one wants to call it should at least make a few thousand watches per year Even closer to 10.000 and more So none of these 3 would be acceptable TO ME. Not even FP Journe If you would consider these tiny brands, you just can’t forget dufour and smith and probably a dozen others.
Being part of the Holy Trinity is an honor, and we can agree that true handmade high crafts should not be mass-produced by the tens of thousands. The Modern Holy Trinity seeks to be the very, very best, and indeed rare as it was in the 1960s. You make a good point of FPJ and Dufour. Perhaps we should have a vote?
Not much protein there.
the chicken, shrimp, and pork sausage will all come in later!
