In a world increasingly saturated with integrated bracelet sports watches, als1678's arrival post for his Laurent Ferrier Sport Auto offers a refreshing perspective. He articulates why this particular timepiece, despite its contemporary styling, remains unequivocally a Laurent Ferrier, emphasizing its unique design language and unparalleled comfort. His insights provide valuable context for collectors navigating the modern luxury watch landscape.

Impossible to capture in pictures how beautiful it is in real life. The petrol blue dial works perfectly with the green lume, the case and the bracelet links are beveled, smooth and pebble like, the comfort is unlike anything else I have worn. And yes - it is a bracelet watch with a blue dial, but it is a true Laurent Ferrier, not an imitation of anything else.

And to make that last point even more clear ...

Hope everyone is enjoying ther weekend!

...but it is growing on me. It has long been one of my favorite case shapes though : )

I love the contours and shapes in LF pieces. If anything like my opaline, there is a coolness and uniqueness to the shape of the case that is more apparent in the hand. Enjoy 👍

I had a chance to handle the watch at Watches & Wonders. And besides the hopeless white date window, I was absolute ly in love with the watch. Also the bracelet feels so good. Enjoy your Ferrier, it's a watch to wear every day. GEO

I’ve been on the list for awhile too. Didn’t really push it, but I’ll be super happy if I got the call.
