I've never seen a Kari in metal but have been seeing many pics on the forum and on YouTube reviews...
the story goes like this...Kari found 4 old pocket watch movements, he refinished and made 4 timepieces in 2010 !
all 4 with different dial color, numerals etc...
the example I saw was an 43mm white gold case and salmon dial...an absolute stunner....and the Valjoux movement refinished by Kari is cherry on top !

I haven't handled a Kari in person either, but stuff like this makes me appreciate him all the more.
he dial is mesmerising and the finish is top notch !!
Kari's chronographs are rare and I am quite intrigued that even though the case is not small at 43mm, the movement fills up the case back nicely.
it fills up the 43mm case !
dial of Kari is always a stunner !
great one for chronograph lovers...
