Chris24's intriguing post sparks a discussion around the unconventional display of the balance wheel in MB&F timepieces, a brand renowned for its avant-garde horological machines. This article delves into the design philosophy that often places the balance wheel on the dial side, challenging traditional watchmaking aesthetics. It explores how MB&F's unique approach, as highlighted by Chris24, contributes to its distinct identity within the independent watchmaking landscape.

but it's such a pity that the balance wheel is on the dial side. Just my taste, of course, but I like the back so much more than the front... Gorgeous photo, btw. Best, Emmanuel
But front always steal the show Eye candy and so pop β¦ even my kid love it
but I like solid dials and I don't want the magic to be displayed on the dial. Very personal (and old-school) preference of course.
Damn, they sent you a toy instead of a watch....I'll happily get rid of it for you. :P
