I have a gray dial alpine eagle, the original 8HZ. More subtle but also beautiful. I found your post especially interesting because I have surprisingly also fallen in love with a recent addition - a red dial grand Seiko. There is something about those dials that is really addictive ... Must be something that goes back to early humans during the stone age )
