About the Chopard L.U.C Ref. L.U.C1860

The L.U.C 1860 reference is a notable offering within the L.U.C collection, distinguished by its focus on classical watchmaking principles and refined aesthetics. This particular model, introduced at Watches and Wonders 2023, represents a continuation of Chopard's commitment to high horology, emphasizing traditional craftsmanship and a discreet presentation. It is recognized for its balanced proportions and the integration of a finely finished movement, reflecting the brand's in-house manufacturing capabilities.

This reference features a case crafted from Lucent Steel, a proprietary alloy, measuring 36.5 mm in diameter. Chopard and Kong for the invites to this event. The highlight for me has that night has to be the 8Hz watch... wonder if the No.8 has anything to do with it. Cheers

I am assuming your question in no8 is in relation to 8 Hz? Or is it to your liking or preference for this watch because it sports the auspicious number "8" ? Best, Horo

Our friend is very impressed with 8Hz piece, especially with the high quality case finishing. Further, it is very reasonably priced. Our CEO looks younger in that shirt. Thanks for the report. Regards Ling

Despite all the newer offerings which I think are very nice, my favorite still remains as the original Lunar One with the bold 4 and 8 in Roman Numerals in white metal. It seems to have withstood the test of time ....
