A little over seven (7) months ago, I created a thread concerning the Mirage, the first watch from Sylvain Berneron's eponymous brand.

How the aesthetics of the movement mirrors the dial! What an amazingly complete design!

I don't like the price though which is the only reason why I have not pulled the trigger. I always ask myself before buying anything what is the opportunity cost. But this is indeed a very special watch and Sylvian is a great guy as I have corresponded with him. Kudos to him for being able to juggle his responsibilities at Breitling and at Berneron.

Pure class in my opinion. Would look great with a suit, tuxedo or even a polo shirt with chinos. Ahhh…but the price, always the price! Still, very lovely.
