Yahia's original post introduces the Behrens Apolar, a timepiece that garnered significant attention, including a nomination at GPHG 2020. His initial impressions and detailed photos offer an invaluable first look at this distinctive watch. This article synthesizes community insights, providing a comprehensive overview of the Apolar's unique design and functionality.

This watch was one of the nominees at GPHG 2020. It’s house an ETA 2824 with a module for the Earth and Moon. The Globe completes one rotation every 24 hours. The moon every 28 days . The time is read at the small red arrows for the hours and minutes. It comes in 2 colors blue and black . Limited edition 100 pieces of each color. Mine is number 10 and I just received it today
How useful do you think the world time is? Do you think you can use it when traveling commences again? Also, is that a moon phase indicator and if so, how does it work?
A couple of little arrows on a large dial seems too insignificant to me, design-wise.
, def something i would love to see in person when possible
This is a very interesting piece indeed. I have been looking at Behrens watches recently and is considering getting a B013 The Astronomer. A very nice and a reasonably priced Star Wheel. Photo extracted from their official website
