After a spa treatment in Geneva, a new bridge had to be replaced in a watch with a new serial number.

I sent my watch back to Geneva due to a clicking sound when rotating my wrist. The bridge was exchanged but the clicking persists - a missing screw is discovered. Disappointed with the service.
