Hope JLC goes a reissue of the Pierre Cardin watches π
You made me search for these models! Really appreciate the creativity and crossover. Cheers Peter
Trying the Cubitus in person made me cringe a bit - just didn't feel like a Patek! Thankfully spoiled by a 5712 and others. Cheers Peter
Congratulations and thanks for sharing it.. It looks like it might wear nicely on a right wrist (I'm a lefty).
Seems to me like the Code for AP - brands like Patek need to meet very high expectations on their new inventions. It is natural that we compare their new offspring to their most successful models. After all, this is what the brand stands for. On this level, neither the Cubitus nor the Code delivers. (Which doesnβt mean that nothing good can come from this in the future, to be fair.)
Amazing how the original was made some 80 years ago in the 60's! Peter
