on his 4th Most Valuable Player Award

Undoubtedly considered one of the greatest players of all time, he is the fifth player to have won the trophy four times or more in the history of professional basketball.

LeBron James averaged an impressive 26.8 points, 8 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game during the 2012-13 regular season. He also became the youngest player to score 8 seasons with 2'000 points and therefore the youngest player to reach a striking number of 20'000 points.

The MVP is awarded by a panel of 121 voters of sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the United States and Canada, including one collective fan vote. LeBron clearly came out on top of the ranking, in recognition of his powerful, intelligent and unclassifiable game. He totaled 1,207 points, including 120 first-place votes.

I'll admit, I used to root against him as a result of some of his actions and comments. But he really has matured a lot the past few years, and now does things "the right way". Nice to see him enjoying so much success professionally.
