Going through a major re-shuffling so I am offering this for sale (or trade downwards with cash). Panerai 233 K series with dot, originally purchased from NYC Panerai Boutique in December 2009. Comes with everything!
Watch Condition:

The watch is in 90% condition with some slight swirls on the polished bezel and a very feint hairline scratch on the upper right lug. Watch is currently on a nicely aged Panerai JV strap (90% condition) and also includes the Panerai black calfskin and rubber straps that came with it (both in 100% condition).
