The texture on the dial just doesn't look like any version of MOP that I've seen. It's way too smooth. Perhaps it's just the camera angle that not flattering the MOP dial. I'm not insinuating that the OP is being misleading, I'm not not seeing what I would expect to see from a BMOP dial.
Here are photos of a different BMOP RN. You can clearly see the texture and colored reflections on the dial.

Hello, I'm switching to wearing mostly sports style watches now so I'm willing to move my beloved special edition BMOP Resonance made for Sincere Fine Watches to someone who can love it. Full complete set and it was serviced by the manufacturer in April 2...
BMOP

that dial looks black....not BMOP... am I missing something? No disrespect intended...
It's not the green-blue MOP that is typically used in other watches
By: Joepny : October 2nd, 2016-16:25
that's what everyone knows about MOP and frankly the well-known green-blue or blue-green MOP is a love or hate kind of affair. Don't worry I had to research it too. With the BMOP Resonance, what FPJ did was selected a very dark (red underlying color) MOP ...

It is a different MOP

haha...man, you guys are coming out of the woodwork. but no offense taken. it's a fair enough question. it's a royal pain to take a picture of this dial at the right angle to see the MOP colors. basically the BMOP that FPJ chose for my Sincere piece is a ...
Thanks, Joe.

Didn't mean to challenge you and put you on the defensive. It's a just a different looking MOP than I've ever seen on a Journe. I do believe it's MOP and it's an incredible piece with a beautiful and unique dial. Best, Jonathan
Great watch and one of my favorite versions of the Resonance

If I am not mistaken, this should be Sincere BMOP Resonance RG in limited edition of 10 in 2004. The dial is black-lacquered MOP, which is pure black, different from natural black MOP. Journe has used quite a few MOP dials for a number of models including...
Thanks Schen for leaving your thoughts

my research indicates the first series from FPJ for Sincere LE was circa 2005 which my watch is part of. (My sources are old postings by SJX and AndrewD.). And then a second series for Pt rolled out that same year. Cheers.
