Firstly , the watch is sealed ( with the patek sticker)after it was serviced by Patek Hong Kong( It is called Libertas ;-by mark lam)
So far for this 3 years , it was never opened.
Secondly, the box it is the sleeve box. As for the buckle it is original , no changes made on that. Libertas can verify that.
