If the price is right and it makes you happy! I believe the movement is a cam actuated 7750 which is generally very sturdy and easy to get serviced if needed. This model is a bit on the thick side due to the addition of the gmt function. Good luck with your summer watch hunt and keep us posted!

With this watch it’s all about the romance of historic motorsport. It’s not a watch that I would use in a swimming pool or diving. The design is synonymous with Chopard, especially the strap and if you like it go for it. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed...

Definitely not for swimming even a Dad-dip in the shallow end!!! Enough resistance to rinse under a tap!!
