The reason for that Mille Miglia not having a date

 

It's because it has a "supercharged" L.U.C engine inside.

The movement is from the L.U.C 1963 Chrono PuristS Edition, which had the date disc deleted and Geneva Seal homologation.
Thus, the 90th Anniversary Mille Miglia commemoration watch has an upgraded racing engine.

As, I said before, L.U.C manual winding movements may be dateless.
